Mamas & Papas All Terrain Prams
All terrain prams are pushchairs that can be used on rough surfaces such as cobblestones, woodland paths and fields that are muddy. They usually have large all-terrain rubber tyres unlike standard pushchairs, which are made of air-filled tyres which can easily flatten.
They usually have seats that can be reversible (world or parent-facing) and can also accommodate car seats or a carrycot. They should be lightweight and easy to fold so they can be used when traveling.
1. Mama & Papas Ocarro
The Mamas & Papas Ocarro is an excellent pushchair for families looking for an all-terrain pram. It's sturdy and large, with dual suspension, large wheels and a large lying-flat seat that promotes a healthy sleep. It also comes with an umbrella for the sun, rain cover and cup holders to fulfill your outdoor needs. The Ocarro folds up easily and is easy to maneuver. It takes less than five minutes and the handle is designed to give you the ultimate control.
The Ocarro is equipped with a variety of features that will keep your baby happy. It comes with the head cushion with padded chest pads and much more. It offers multiple recline positions, including the flat position that is ideal for healthy naps while on the move. It can also be used with either the parent facing or forward facing. It also features reflective trims as well as a built in ventilation system to help baby remain cool and comfortable.

It's a very nice look and the fabric are luxurious. I was awed by the brown leather trim on the handles and bumper bar. It is heavier than other buggies that we tested and it's a good product. It's a great stroller for taking on parks and country walks as well as getting on and off public transport.
The Ocarro is available as a four-piece pushchair, or as part of a complete travel set with carrycot and car seat (both sold separately). The Ocarro is safe from birth and comes with everything you require to go on big adventures. The carrycot comes with a lie-flat setting and a apron with a magnetic clasp that is able to be tucked away in a quiet and quick manner. It comes with a hood, air vent and a lie-flat position that will keep your baby warm during any weather.
2. Cybex Avi
The Cybex Avi is a top-of-the-line running stroller designed to enable you and your baby to run in a comfortable way. It is lightweight, simple to steer, and has an exclusive frontwheel that can be locked. It can also be used for use with any Cybex or Gb infant car seat with the adapters that are available.
Avi is also available in "One Box", which includes the frame and seat pack, and the canopy all in one box. It is easy to assemble, saving you time and money.
This is a top choice for parents who are serious about their running and wish to stay active with their babies. It is designed for running with children from birth, and it can be used with any Cybex or gb car seat. It features a one-pull harness tightening system that's easy and quick and also comes with an integrated foot brake for maximum control.
It features a streamlined air-filled tire design as well as a soft and adjustable sports seat. It has reflective details to increase visibility, as well as an XL Sun canopy that has UPF protection of 50+.
It is not recommended for use on hard or rocky surfaces, and it doesn't have an adjustable position for infants. It can only be used for walking, not running, jogging, or even jogging.
Genevieve Gregson is a three-time Olympic finalist and a two-time world champion finalist. She is also a running coach for Gregson Running and an Australian record holder. So we asked her to put the Cybex Avi running stroller through its paces. Here is what she said:
3. BOB Sport Utility
BOB Sport Utility is a stroller that's ideal for off-the-beaten track outdoor adventures. It features a fixed front tire for added stability when walking or running. It also comes with pneumatic knobby wheels on high-impact polymer rims, as well as a handbrake for better control of downhill. It is also easy to transport and store due to its two-step folding system. The stroller for babies includes an adjustable handlebar that accommodates parents of all sizes and a large canopy with a peek-a-boo window that lets you monitor your child. You can pair it with car seats for a baby to make the ultimate travel system.
The only downside to the BOB Sport Utility is its maneuverability, which earned it an average score of 6 out of 10. It is necessary to tip it back, which can be difficult in tight spaces such as cafes and stores. The stroller is easy to push on flat surfaces, thanks to its excellent rolling and adjustable track.
This stroller has single action brakes that are simple to use and comfortable for sandals. The stroller also features the ability to decelerate, which allows you to easily slow down while running and relieves pressure on your feet. The only drawback to this feature is that you need to remove the brake handle to activate it which can be a hassle when you're running or are in a hurry.
BOB provides accessory adapters that allow you to use a variety infant car seats in conjunction with the stroller. This is a great choice if you have more than one child. It took us 5:24 minutes to fully put together the BOB Sport Utility from unpacking and putting it together.
4. Cybex Aton
Cybex is renowned for its high-quality seats and simple-to-use features. This seat is no different. It is one of our most loved infant car seats. This is mostly due to its design and the fact that it can be used with the majority of Cybex strollers and some from other brands as well for a Travel System. This seat has excellent safety features.
In our infant Car Seats test, the Cybex Aton scored above average for both forward-facing and backward-facing installation as well as the ease of use. It has a headrest that adjusts to 11 different height positions and a strap that does not rethread that makes it easier to adjust the straps as your child grows. Push Chairs And Prams feature an extra load leg at the base to limit rotation in a crash and anti-rebound protection to keep your child in the center of the seat.
The Aton is iSize approved from birth and is compatible with the Cybex Base M isofix base to provide an additional level of security. It also has an innovative linear side impact protection that absorbs and redirects forces of an impact away from your baby. The Aton's compact shell may not fit compact cars like other models. And its canopy is small and lacks a peek-a-boo window.
Another issue is the price. It's a pricey seat and that's not even taking into account the fact that it performed better over the rest of our tests. Fortunately, there are several other great options available at cheaper prices.
